A former quarterback for the NFL's Titans, Oilers, and Ravens, Steve McNair, was found dead in the home of an apartment that he rented for his girlfriend. Her dead body was next to his. Both died due to multiple gunshot wounds.
Police discovered that the apartment was rented in his name and that her car was also purchased by him.
The girlfriend, 20 year old Sahel Kazemi, was known to have gone on a para-sailing vacation with McNair.
McNair leaves behind four sons, all too old to be Kazemi's children, and a wife.
McNair's wife's only comment was "Maybe I'd have known about this girlfriend if I balanced the checkbook more often."
Police are not ruling anyone out as suspects and a spokesman said "No one gets a free pass on this one."
