Harry Rednapp, the free spending manager of Tottenham, has admitted he has made a mistake in buying back Robbie Keane.
"I looked at the squad and realised we needed a midfielder," he explained. "So when I heard Keane was available, you know, I jumped at the chance."
Unfortunately for the ageing Rednapp, he had not kept his eye on the game as he believed he was buying Roy Keane, the legendary ex Man United tough man, "It's me age you know, what with all the transfer goings on I thought that it was 2009 and not 1999, but that's football."
Spurs are now trying to offload Robbie back to Liverpool although, when questioned, boss Rafa Benitez replied ,"I juss loss my kidney stones no, I no want to replace with Keane oh no."
