Various news sources are this morning reporting that former World and Olympic sprint champion, Usain Bolt, has joined the League Two strugglers, Grimsby Town.
The Jamaican 100m world record holder flew into Humberside Airport this morning, and, such was his enthusiasm to sign for the Mariners, he sprinted the 15 miles to Blundell Park to put pen to paper.
Bolt, who retired from athletics in 2017, had been playing football in the Australian A-League, but experienced problems there due to having to stand upside-down all the time like the locals.
There are no more details about the deal at this stage because I've only just nicely thought the story up!
Bloody hell! Talk about impatient!
