SAN DIEGO - Several Denver Broncos players say that they hate playing in California because of the possibility of earthquakes.
But the San Diego Chargers were the ones who felt the tremblers as they fell to the Broncos by a score of 28-20.
The Broncos are now at 8-1 and they can already smell the sweet fragrance of the NFL playoffs.
Quarterback Peyton Manning said that he heard that President Obama had made a $4,000 bet that the Broncos would beat the Chargers.
Manning confessed that after the game, back in the locker room, President Obama did in fact call him up and congratulate him.
Peyton said that the president invited him and his brother, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning to visit the White House at their convenience.
SIDENOTE: Manning said that the president told him that he will have Vice-President Joe Biden barbecue some baby back ribs and corn-on-the-cob.
