A Jubilant Swansea Fan This Afternoon Having A Pie And A Pint

Jubilant Manchester United fans flooded the streets of Kensington this afternoon after a Wayne Rooney brace secured three points at Old Trafford against West Bromwich Albion. Manchester City were defeated at Swansea by a late goal from Moore, leaving despondent City fans wondering if the city really is theirs after all.

"It's not fair," City fan Bertie Magoo, the Bitter Bluenose grumbled. "It just isn't fair. We've spent all that money, and we had Noel Gallagher interview Balotelli on the telly, and we thumped 'em 6-1 at that dump down Chester Road...and they're top? They aren't even a proper Manchester team. All their fans live in London and Singapore and they don't even speak English. And they have them blokes in Turbans at their games - you can't tell me they come from Manchester, and in any case all proper Mancunians support City, and you hardly ever see a United shirt in town, and Terry Christian isn't a proper Manc - he's from Stretford, and the thieving gets nicked Giggs off us...drone...drone...the city is ours! Ours I say! Drone..."

United fan, Jarbo the Killer, simply commented:

"The city is yours? Twenty thousand empty seats? Are you fucking sure?"

The run in for the Premier League title promises to be a furious battle.

"Told you it was just like watchin' Brazil isnit boyo!" a jubilant Swansea City fan said after the match.

More as we get it.
