YouTube is awash with people attempting to mime Poison as badly as Justin Bieber.

Within minutes of Bieber's performance on X-Factor YouTube started receiving uploads of fans miming along to the song.

"It's been the fastest uptake of a particular piss-take ever," said YouTube's head of British operations, Violet Rhall. "In the two hours after the show there were about three hundred videos uploaded all miming to poison."

Some of the best managed to perfectly mistime the lyrics as Bieber did, whilst the one getting the most hits actually has the YouTuber, only known as SheepPotato, obviously miming to the song Baby, whilst Poison plays.

"It's incredibly funny," said Vi Rhall. "He's singing one song, another song is playing and across the bottom of the screen, are the lyrics to Big Brown Eyes."

The second most popular has the song playing backwards, whilst Bieber sings it forwards, which doesn't look any worse than the actual performance itself.

One of the more adventurous YouTube videos has seen the author manage to sync the words of Poison to Bieber's words.

"That must have taken some doing," said Rhall. "I'm thinking he's obviously spent forty, fifty minutes on the four minute clip. My favourite part of this clip is the end, where Simon Cowell comes on and says something like 'That was rubbish, I've seen better songs from the Teletubbies'."

Deedee Ramone has posted his own song, Poison Heart with Justin Bieber singing on the X-Factor, which is doing quite well also. "I'm amazed," said the father of Punk, "his lip syncing fits better with my song than his!"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
