Sources from the I'm A Celebrity jungle say that the TV nutrition expert has been receiving texts of a "spicy" nature from an unconfirmed source.
Although the sender has kept his identity secret, the sources believe it is X Factor's wacky Brazilian, Wagner Carrilho.
Wagner is known to have an eye for the ladies - he was kicked out of the X Factor house for upsetting some of the girls there.
Now, having watched I'm A Celeb in his hotel room, it seems he has formed an attachment to the Scottish food expert.
The jungle source said: "These texts are quite spicy and suggestive. We can't say how Gillian has taken them, but she seems quite pleased sitting there looking at some of the pictures and reading the smutty messages.
"Wheh the cameras are off, she's mooning around like a lovesick puppy!"
But Wagner camp insiders say he is not responsible for the texts.
"He denies it completely," said one. "He says 'when Wagner aims his love at a lady, he gets up close and personal and she is putty in his hands, unable to resist the Wagner charms.'"
