HOUSTON - Word coming out of The Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center is that NASA will be making good on the threat they made to Russia one month ago.
According to Trent Timmelfarb, NASA spokesperson, the government of Russia was told that if it invaded the Ukraine, then NASA would stop providing Russia with much needed satellite parts as well as cases of Baby Ruth Candy Bars.
Timmelfarb said that effective immediately no more satellite parts or Baby Ruths will be shipped to the Russian Space Agency.
He went on to say that NASA will also be discontinuing its Russia to NASA hotline that provided Russian scientists and engineers with valuable information regarding dozens of matters dealing with the installation of satellite parts as well as the categorizing and storing of these valuable items.
Meanwhile, President Obama has expressed his appreciation to NASA and the thousands of dedicated workers who all want the big guy (Russia) to simply leave the little guy (the Ukraine) alone.
