Writing that Donald Trump said he was Robert Redford in a fat suit was an example of satire. Alternatively, it was a joke. However, Donald Trump still has an issue with the truth.
George Washington said, "I cannot tell a lie." It remains his epithet. Donald Trump's epithet will be, "I cannot tell the truth."
"I am a billionaire." He owes millions.
"She is not my type." Does that mean he only letches over those who are his type?
Trump's latest: "I could bring peace to Ukraine in 24 hours."
Not so fast. During the 2020 election campaign, Trump froze $400 million in crucial military aid to Ukraine unless Ukraine/Zelensky dug up some dirt on the Biden family.
If Donald Trump had released the $400 million military aid in 2019, which had been approved by the House and Senate, Russia's invasion of Ukraine could have been halted. Many lives could have been saved. All are dead because of Donald Trump's single twisted ambition to win the 2020 election.
Or was it because Donald Trump was Putin's pal? Or because Putin had a video of Trump's activity at Moscow's Ritz Carlton? Or because Trump did not see Putin as the aggressor but as a champion of power?
So now Donald Trump is campaigning as the peacemaker. The twice impeached, twice indicted, legally defined sexual predator will rescue Ukraine four years later.
The twenty-four-hour peacemaker.
He is still after that Nobel Peace Prize.
