Hello,
I am Brian Asshat, esquire of the parish of Chutney on The Fritz, protector of the English language, spotter of trains, and bell ringer, and I have just one question for you:
Are you excited at the Archer's Pantomime this year?
I am not, and I will tell you why. It is always the same, unbelievable characters, Lydia Snell taking everything so seriously, and it doesn't really apply to life.
We have enough happening in the world without a fictional character acting as another fictional character, all of this meta and fourth wall-breaking bullshit.
You get more believable storylines on Made in Chelsea, more mild peril on First Dates, and more attractive characters (just about) in Politics.
So, no, this year, I will be giving it a miss.
Bah, and, as always, humbug.
