China Oil and Shell have already laid claim to contracts and now multinationals Exxon- Mobil and Chevron are circling the Iraqi oil fields like vultures. The Iraqi people and many in the Iraqi government seem to have no idea how their oil reserves are being auctioned to the highest western and Asian bidders in London.
