"Life is good to me. I am an ass that is tight, and I have more than one wife with plenty of kids"

The U.S. Senate intelligently voted Wednesday against moving on a proposed constitutional amendment that would define marriage as a union between one man and one woman.

Bracing for defeat, misguided Republicans vowed earlier Wednesday that a Senate setback would not halt their drive to enact the amendment.

Republicans are not scientist and don't understand human values. There are international laws defending the human rights of Americans. Any law that limits or prevents marriage violates international genocide laws Article II section (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group. The language, "between a man and a woman" violates those international genocide laws because it puts a limit on the amount of human females involved in marriage.

Based on human evolution and chimpanzee society a male with several females keeps the species alive by producing a good amount of offspring. In the case of humans if a wife develops an illness and cannot produce a child or more than one child and the man is not allowed to find another wife or he cannot leave the marriage because he needs court approval, it violates international laws.

Hitler used those same methods to destroy millions of human beings in Europe by tampering with their rights to breed and produce offspring. Republicans are on the border of becoming Nazi's.

They cannot ban same sex marriage because that violates the rights of tax payers but even worse they cannot enforce same sex marriage on the American public because that violates international genocide laws. Any law which promotes same sex marriage, any organization which endorses same sex marriage and any television or public media which supports same sex marriage are in violation of genocide laws. The only solution is to take marriage itself out of the legal system to equalize the tax system and comply with constitutional laws.

The federal government can prosecute institutions who promote same sex marriage but they cannot deny it to the American people. One same sex partner can sue another same sex partner for genocide but the government would not be allowed to prosecute a same sex partner for genocide without the consent of a same sex partners which wants to bring criminal charges against the other.

The federal government can prosecute gay and transsexuals musicians for performing or singing songs because that promotes homosexuality and violates international genocide laws. In this case the federal government does not need any approval from an individual because all of society is being affected and destroyed by the homosexual advertisement. Homosexual books and magazines published for the public would need to be banned because it violates international laws by coercing people through duress to commit genocide on themselves.

There is a legal loophole that allows homosexual singers and homosexual porno producers to sell their material but it would have to be done from a private building with no advertisement exposed to the public. The legal system would have to allow the public to sue for damages based on genocide laws without any legal protection for the distributors of homosexual products to comply with international genocide laws.

Republicans would also need to remove homosexuality from the prison system and allow men to live with women inside of their prison cells to comply with genocide laws. Those prison inmates would also need constant access to females to comply with genocide laws.

Measures involving hot-button issues often don't have enough votes when they first come up for a vote, whether it be at the federal or state level, noted Sen. Sam Brownback, R-Kan.

"It really takes the American public a long time to deal with, and it should," he continued. "It's an important issue and I think you'll see this issue around for a long period of time."

The Senate GOP needed 60 votes to end debate on the measure before the actual amendment could even be voted on. The final vote on the proposal to vote on the amendment was 48-50 - far from the two-thirds majority needed to continue debate. Six Republicans joined dozens of Democrats in virtually defeating the amendment.

The Defense of Marriage Act of 1996 currently doesn't bar states from legalizing gay marriages within their borders, but they're not obligated to recognize gay marriages performed in other states.

This republican method is flawed in the fact that it denies the tax payers equal rights under the law. They are obligated to recognize gay marriage and to give gays the same rights as heterosexuals. At the same time they are obligated to prosecute same sex partners on the demand of the other same sex partner.

It also explicitly defines "marriage" as a "legal union of one man and one woman as husband and wife" and states that "spouse" refers only to a person of the opposite sex who is a husband or a wife.
