A lot of Justin Bieber fans are now claiming that Justin is more popular than Elvis Presley and they might be right if a poll were taken today, but we doubt it.
For one thing, there are still too many lady boomers around.
However, if the claim is that Bieber is more popular at 16 years old than Elvis was at 16, you would be right. It took several years for Elvis to make his impact on America. At 16, no one but his family and friends new the king.
Now, supporters of the Beatles are making their point of view known as George was still very young when the Fab Four made their appearance on the scene.
Then there are the followers of Michael Jackson who say that Jackson was a lot better known at six years old than Justin Bieber, a full ten years earlier.
Finally, the Elvis Presley fans come to his aid by asking how many Michael Jackson, Beatles and Justin Bieber imitators are out there in Vegas and all over the country?
I guess it all depends.
And, if it comes down to Depends, I guess the Elvis fans have the biggest numbers going there.
