Lindsay Lohan,24, was recently reported missing just before her court date that was scheduled 3 days ago.
"I figured she just went to a party somewhere. You know, to get her mind off things..." Says her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson. "Although now that I know where she was I can't help but laugh."
Lindsay was found yesterday at a local Taco Bell in Cypress, Texas by a suspicious employee.
"Well, I just started working here, (Taco Bell) and I immediately recognized her, (Lindsay) and I thought to myself, 'Hey. I guess this is where she went.' Although at the time I was kidding. But I heard that Lindsay was missing and decided to find out if it was true. And I guess it was." Says the Taco Bell employee, Emily, 16.
It turns out that Emily is a HUGE fan of Lindsays.
"I actually considered not telling anyone so she could stick around. I'm probably her biggest fan. Especially since all of this stuff about jail happened. But in the end I decided to tell. It wouldn't be right and she DOES need help. I didn't want to be the one to keep her from getting that help.."
So Lindsay WAS detained and is awaiting her next court date.
