Lindsay Lohan came to the defense of fellow troubled celebrity Paris Hilton by backing up Hilton's statement Paris was carrying someone else's purse when a bag of cocaine fell out of it.
"I swear on my 12-step rehab pamphlet that I saw someone switch bags with Paris at a Vegas nightclub," Lohan asserted.
"I looked in Paris's handbag, and there was no cocaine there, just Xanax, Valium, Codeine, and other perfectly legal medications.
" Lohan said that when she and Paris were in the rest room powdering their noses and drinking vodka from a silver flask, a "man dressed in women's apparel replaced Paris's purse with an exact replica … and vanished.
"Lohan claims the purse-switcher had earlier spilled alcohol on her ankle booze monitor, causing an alarm to go off at police headquarters and her subsequent arrest for drunkenness.
"It wasn't a good night for either Paris or me," the former starlet slurred.
