Robert Pattinson has been short listed to appear in the remake of that cult classic Movie, Robinson Crusoe on Mars, which was made in 1964 starring Adam West, who is famous for playing Batman, in the television series in the 1960s.
"It will be a change from playing Vampires being in a Sci Fi Movie" said Pattinson who is in London filming the Movie, Bel Ami. In the Movie there is also a monkey named Mona, so attempts are being made to track down Michael Jackson's Chimp, to play the part.
Pattinson asked will they be able to create a good representation of the Martian Surface to which a special effects expert replied " Well we managed to do it for NASA for the moon landing".
