Poor Mel Gibson, not only is his new Russian girlfriend leading him around by a nose ring, he even has problems when she's not around.
According to California police, a report of an event that happened a week ago has surfaced that shows Mel Gibson, the new tame Mel Gibson, has been sued for going 35 miles per hour.
It appears that Mel was driving cautiously and sober down a side street when he got rammed head-on by a vehicle doing 85 miles per hour.
Luckily, a police patrol car saw the whole thing and arrested the two young men for drunk driving and speeding. Apparently all three were taken to the hospital for a checkup and one of the two young drunks broke his leg in the accident.
Gibson was shook up but was released and went on back to his hotel room.
However, Monday morning the 17th, Mel received a notice that he was being sued by the young man, one Dallas Spelotis, who broke his leg, is suing Gibson for "driving too slow".
This was after he found out that the vehicle he slammed into belonged to wealthy Mel Gibson.
The question everyone is wanting to know is this: When will the real Mel Gibson finally appear, and at what post office?
