His ongoing argument with the Blockbuster rental chain has also now come to a close with his legal team having agreed a $1.50 settlement over the missing DVD copy of Three Men and a Lady which Jay Z was adamant that he had returned.
Finally a team of plumbers have been working around the clock to resolve the water pressure problems which has plagued the Rapper's shower in his mansion.
