Rahm Emanuel, Obama's chief of staff has quit his position in the White House and has joined the father/son team from Britain's Got Talent; the Stavros Flatley Dancers.
Emanuel is actually a graduate of the Evanston School of Ballet and the Sarah Lawrence College where he majored in Dance.
"What can I say. I got sidetracked into the backstabbing world of politics. But after I saw the Stavros Flatley dancers, I suddenly remembered what my true calling was."
Demetrios Demetriou, head of the Stavros Flatley dancers, is confident Emanuel can pull his weight in the group, provided Emanuel pays for his own wardrobe.
Said Demetriou, "Do you have any idea what it costs to throw a wig into the audience after every dance? Quite frankly it's like pissing ouzo down the drain, and I've pissed a lot of ouzo in my time."
It is rumoured that President Obama had a giant meltdown when he heard of Emanuel's resignation.
"Why he's a right .....," Obama said.
Following the blowup, Obama began work on legislation that would ban all British dancing acts from entering America.
When asked if a trade war was developing, British Secretary of State for Business Peter Mandelson answered, "What do you expect me to do? Ban Spamalot? It's the only American financed production in Britain and if I ban it, well, we might as well go back to living in the middle ages. Besides, I've got tickets.
