Los Angeles (Rooterz) - In a shocking announcement today Hannah Montana tells reporters that she is suing Miley Cyrus for poking her in the eyes and breaking her cool new cell phone while on a recent tour.
The incident happened after Montana (15) finished a concert.It happened on the tour bus at about 9 pm.It happened because Montana told Nick Jonas that Miley hated Kevin Jonas because he kept repeating some joke that Miley found offensive.
Then Miley (15) attacked Montana and poked her in the eyes and grabbed her cell phone and threw it out the window of the tour bus,on to the highway where it was then run over by another tour bus carrying the Jonas Brothers.
