Rock star Hannah Montana was arrested for DUI in Hollywood on Saturday night. Police indicated that her blood alcohol content was 0.09, just over the legal limit.
Officials from Bob Disney Studios were quick to deny the reports, noting that Hannah Montana is a fictional character. Miley Cyrus, the actress who plays Montana on the show, also reportedly has an alibi that she was doing an avant garde photo shoot with the Jonas Brothers in Malibu.
We have not been able to verify the identity of the person arrested, but the official mug shot appears to be of Janis Joplin. Joplin's estate released a statement that she has been dead for quite some time now and that she preferred other intoxicants when she was alive.
