Johnny Depp has returned to school after close friend Tim Burton doubts in his ability to play an idiot.
"You've lost your touch," Burton, 49, was heard to exclaim to Depp, 45, after the actor infamous for his darkly humorous role in Sweeney Todd cracked a not-so-funny joke about the director's age.
After much consideration, Depp went back to his former high school to repeat the ninth grade.
"He is not doing too bad," Alistair Dixon, the school principal, commented to our inside scoop. "But we wouldn't expect any better, because other than being a successful actor, he's limited. And when I mean limited, I really do mean limited."
Depp has refused to comment.
