The guy who wrote the Jane Austen Vampire and Zombie novels - a highly ethical person - got incensed and in a fight with the Asian guy who just did the Gay Jane Austen Movie-set in Fire Island NY.

Being in costume, they threw walking sticks at each other.

They were both paid speakers at a Jane Austen Craft Beer Festival - at a Pseudo-Pemberley Pop Up Mansion in Wapping.

The festival hoped that a lot of Janeites would show up in costume, and happily guzzle lots of beer, in Jane's honor. So they provided the Pemberley Pop-Up Mansion, and costumed speakers.

The Vampire novelist, said, "You stole lots of my plot ideas, for your movie, and made them very Gay-how dare you !

“Here I did my Jane Austen Vampire and Zombie novels, not for the fame, but in veneration to Jane-Trying to write them as she would have written them, and you trashily took and used my ideas. Is there no Integrity left?
I am crushed.

“Jane would have written Vampire novels is she lived. She had read many Gothic thrillers, and also knew of the Bible, and 'unclean spirits' that inhabit people-that Christ dealt with. Such a clever woman.

“And people In England were buried alive once in a while, as she well knew.
“She was clearly going toward Vampire, or Zombie novels.

“Anyway, there was no copyright on her novels, so I could do as I pleased with them. Mine have been popular. Has made me a lot of money. That is what counts.

“I didn't trash her novels, as some people claim-just made money out of them. Jane liked to make money,so as to have new clothes.

“But please stop taking my work and twisting it around just to make a few bucks. Have some Respect and Decency. Follow my Example. "
