Brother Joseph McKinney has launched a lawsuit against the star Kim Kardashian after she took a sign that he was carrying on the street, and beat him up with it.
The old guy received a concussion and an ambulance had to rush him to the nearest hospital because head injuries bleed so much.
"I get headaches and my vision was marred for awhile but I'm used to that when Martha makes me take a purple pill before coming to bed at night."
"You hush that story", interrupted his spouse, Martha. "We're suing her big tush because she could have killed my poor Little Joe...and my husband."
Apparently Kardashian was getting out of a taxi cab in New York and saw McKinney and his sign on the street and her temper got the best of her.
"All my sign stated was 'THE END IS NEAR!'. Maybe she needs to go to a priest and confessional because she sure hate us protestants."
