Although she is denying it, those slightly injured on a city bus are blaming Kim Kardashian taking up a guy's dare to 'twerk that baby' of destabilizing the bus and causing it to run into a post near some pedestrians.
Kardashian denies all this.
According to her lawyer, she merely got up from the seat and lost her balance.
"You know, sometime you have to sit back down, especially if you're a little bottom heavy and the bus was jerking around already. That was when the guy yelled for me to Twerk!", she told him.
"Ms. Kardashian also told me about the bus driver taking his eyes off the road after hearing the man's Twerking shout."
Kardashian did send an apology for suddenly sitting in an old guy's lap temporarily as the bus first hit the curb.
"It's the least I can do with him being in the hospital with a heart attack and all those hard slaps from his wife and her mother."
