WEST HOLLYWOOD - Miley Cyrus had dinner with her good friend Ryan "Peaches" Seacrest, host of American Idol at The Barbed Wire Barbecue Diner in West Hollywood.
She told him that she wanted to do a benefit to help out the people who have been affected by the horrible winter snow storm known as Titan.
Cyrus remarked to Seacrest that she will be setting up a stage at the Staples Center, home of the Los Angeles Lakers and she will give personal twerks to any man (or woman) who donates $200.
The former Hannah Montana star said that of course she hopes that some of the LaLaLand multi-millionaires will donate more.
She added that for anyone who donates $1,000 or more the individual will get twerked as erotically sensuous as the law will allow.
SIDENOTE: Ryan Seacrest said that he heard that Russell Brand has already said that he will show up to the Twerking event with a crisp $1,000 bill.
