NEW YORK CITY - Miley Cyrus has said that if you thought that her antics in 2013 were really pushing the envelope wait until you see what she has up her sleeves for 2014.
The self-proclaimed Twerking Princess of America told Regis Philbin on The Viagra View that she is always constantly planning on what she will do next to top her previous attention-getting exploit.
The 21-year-old said that her goal for 2014 is for everyone in the world to utter the words "Hey did you see what Miley Cyrus did?"
Miley says that she feels as if she is bringing happiness and joy to millions and millions of people throughout the world who otherwise may not have happiness and joy.
She mentioned a letter she received from a 92-year-old woman living in Lower Zamgola, Africa.
The woman named Lilitan Mushanta said that before she started following her daily exploits her life was simply one of stalking, shooting, and skinning panthers to make meals for her family which consists of 37 people.
Miley got teary-eyed when she said that there are millions of individuals such as Lilitan Mushanta living in countries all over the world from Italy to Ireland and from Indonesia to Indiana.

Regis asked Miley what she thought about Dennis Rodman being very good friends with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
Cyrus giggled and said that she thought it was great. She then confessed to Regis that she has always admired Dennis Rodman.
"Why?" Regis asked.
Miley replied because Dennis is Dennis and he is not going to conform to any established mold. He does and says what is on his mind. Plus she added that he has lots and lots of really neat tattoos and some amazing facial piercings.
