NEW YORK CITY - There has been all kinds of speculation as to why long time Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora has left the band.

Band leader Jon Bon Jovi has tried to make it seem like it is a personal problem insinuating that perhaps Richie is dealing with the element of alcohol or drugs.

Other individuals have said that the problem is related to Sambora's addiction to baseball betting.

While yet others say that Heather Locklear's ex-husband just got tired of making Jon tons and tons of money and not reaping anywhere near what he felt he should be getting.

Jon Bon Jovi recently spoke with Calcutta Cotton of Music Moments Magazine. He told her that he wanted to put a stop to some of the more sillier rumors why Sambora has decided to leave the group.

The New Jersey native stated that Richie did not leave because he is going to be joining the Rolling Stones.

He also pointed out that the rumor that he left to spend time with Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Kate Upton is also not true.

Another rumor is that Sambora is planning on running for governor of California so that he can get the same-sex marriage proposal approved and so that he can get marijuana legalized in the Left Coast state.

And Jon assured everyone that he did not leave to form his own band which he plans on naming Bon Joviesque.

In Other News. Justin Bieber has stated that if it is okay with his mom then he is absolutely fine with Angelina Jolie adopting him.
