Christina Aguilera, is excited about her brand new cable show, "Makin' Muffins."

LOS ANGELES - Christina Aguilera, one of the stars of The Voice, has just been signed to star in her very own television show.

A spokesperson for The Nourishment Network Griffin "Calories" Calaretti confirmed that Ms. Aguilera will he hosting the cable show Makin' Muffins.

According to Mr. Calaretti each show will consist of two celebrity figures appearing with Aguilera and making their favorite muffins while talking about their latest movies, songs, television shows, romantic encounters, religious beliefs, pets, or political party affiliations.

Christina, who has always been noted for making the tastiest muffins in LaLaLand is excited at hosting her own show.

She told Tahiti Zeppelin of Hollywood Hors D'oeuvres that when she was first approached to do the show at a salary of $2.3 million a year she immediately jumped out of her chair and asked, "Yes, and where the heck do I sign?"

The blonde songstress added that the network will also be putting out her very own muffin cookbook titled, Makin' Muffins With The Extremely Talented and Sexy Christina Aguilera AKA The Spatula Sultress.

Aguilera told Miss Zeppelin that her first two guests will be Wynonna Judd and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

FOOTNOTE: Makin' Muffins will be filmed before a live studio audience and it will be the first television show to incorporate the motion picture element of Smell-O-Vision.
