LOS ANGELES - Steven Tyler, the lead singer with Aerosmith and member of the American Idol judges panel has just announced a musical collaboration with none other than the Colombian firecracker herself Shakira.

Tyler was quoted in The Showbiz Gazette as saying that he had been trying to get together with the Colombian cutey to do an album since he first saw her perform live at The San Andreas Fault Coliseum in Los Angeles back on Doris Day Day in 2009.

"Lips" Tyler told SG's Macadamia Honeysuckle that he immediately fell in love with her once he saw her shaking her erotic hips at speeds reaching 124 miles per hour.

He said he recalled seeing some of Shakira's hip sweat actually landing as far away as the seventh row.

Tyler said he got to speak to her after the concert but only for a few minutes since she had to rush to LAX Airport to catch a flight to her native Colombia to attend a birthday party for her 99-year-old great grandmother Estella Sehabla.

Steven made arrangements to meet with the singing belly dancer when she recently visited Los Angeles to appear on Wheel of Fortune. The two singers had dinner at the famed La Brea Tar Pits Diner.

Tyler ordered The Pancho Villa Barbecued Fajitas with a side order of George Lopez Frijoles Borachos (Drunken Beans) and Eva Longoria Spanish Rice.

Shakira, since she is constantly having to watch her exquisitely svelte figure, ordered a Baby Sardine with a side dish of six Diet Niblets of Corn.

The two ordered a pitcher of Dos Equis Cerveza (Two X Beer).

They talked during their meal about politics. Shakira said that she thought that Ron Paul is the cutest GOP candidate. She added that she does not trust Romney, Gingrich, or Santorum because they all look liked used car salesman.

Tyler remarked that before she dropped out of the GOP race he had liked Michele Bachmann.

He explained that he changed his mind when he found out that if she was elected president she would have immediately issued a Presidential Directive that would have reduced the rock concert decibel level by 40 points.

As Shakira and Tyler ate their meal, they talked about their musical collaboration. After tossing around the names of several artists they both agreed to record an album featuring the songs of Justin Bieber.

The couple agreed that they would title their album Lips & Hips Sing The Songs of Justin Bieber.

The South American songstress said that Justin's "One Less Lonely Girl" is one of her favorite songs next to "Here Comes The Sun" by the Beatles and "The Star Spangled Banner" by Francis Scott Key.

Tyler said that as long as he gets to sing with La Shakira, they could do an album featuring the songs of Nancy Pelosi.

The sex pot from Colombia giggled and remarked that she had no idea that Pelosi was a professional singer.

ARTICLE TIDBIT: During their dinner at The La Brea Tar Pits Diner, Shakira and Steven learned that the two have several things in common. Both are fans of the San Antonio Spurs, both love watching NYPD Blue reruns, and both have the medical affliction known as criss-crossed tonsils.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
