Heston Blumenthal has been caught buying someone else's Christmas pudding. The famous London Chef's choice of pudding, however, has started a stampede on a well know supermarket.
"It was just a plain old Christmas Pudding," Said a shocked fellow shopper. "It didn't even have an orange it the middle."
But obviously, because Heston Blumenthal bought it, everyone assumed it must be fantastic so a million people have now bought the exact same Christmas pudding. The shop is exceptionally worried that it won't have enough for Christmas.
Upon being observed buying the wrong pudding, Heston tried to hide it up his jumper but it was too late, a snapper from the Sunday Sun caught it on film and he was shocked too.
"After all the experimentation he did, after all the scientific research, he goes and buys an own brand Christmas pudding from the local supermarket. It's a shocker"
A spokesman for Heston has said that the plain Christmas pudding was for Heston's granny who has an allergy to oranges. But a fellow shopper said. "I don't believe that. I think he just like that pudding"
