Financial and social news wires buzzing from the story that broke earlier today, the mystery woman who would be Warren Buffett's former gal pal reportedly owns majority stock in the LG electronics corporation.
A Canadian resident, self made billionaire and satirical writer is only known to the public by her pen name, "Lady Godiva", but reportedly garners respect in both business and literary circles. Private to a fault, even employing a bevy of bodyguards with golf umbrellas to block the view of any prying eyes, Godiva reportedly stays detached from the running of the LG business. "I hire people to do that", she was once heard to say behind the cover of a multi colored Tiger Woods model bumbershoot.
Sticking to a policy of investing in the right business and letting them run themselves, Lady Godiva's management practices reportedly caught the eye of the Omaha based Buffet. Though the two were never seen together in public, several press photos of Buffett had been captured, showing him surrounded by umbrellas on a clear day. "We're only now putting the pieces together", says business paparazzi, Lenny Scapp. "We now know that Godiva was buried somewhere inside that umbrella fortress".
No one has been able to reach Lady Godiva for comment, but she continues to publish satirical articles on TheSpoof, and investing in other companies as the mood strikes her. "She sounds like an amazing woman", says Scapp. "Rumor has it that she used to play on the Manchester United football team as well".
