The Piranha Sandwich is being removed from all Long John Silver's menus.

SAN DIEGO - The seafood fast food franchise chain that is based in San Diego, California has decided to take its Piranha Sandwich off the menu.

Elmendorf Butterbox, spokesperson for Long John Silver's said that the reason was due to the fact that several customers had reported finding sharp teeth in their Piranha Sandwich.

Butterbox was quick to point out that no one had reported any type of injury whatsoever.

He did want it known that Long John Silver's provided each customer who was affected with a $25 gift certificate good at any Long John Silver's Seafood Restaurant.

One of the patrons who found one of the teeth said that she was surprised when she heard a crunchy sound in her mouth. She compared it to the sound a pretzel makes.

SIDENOTE: Elmendorf Butterbox stated that the company had about 200 piranha's in their San Diego corporate walk in freezer and he said that all 200 have been taken and dumped in a sanitary landfill.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
