SANDY SPRINGS, Georgia - The Popeye's Chicken Fast Food Franchise has just announced a new breakthrough within their corporation.
Company spokeswoman Geneva "Chicky" Queensberry informed the news media that starting in April the chicken chain will begin operating the first six of what will soon be hundreds of Olive Oyl's Chicken Drive Thru Window Stores.
Miss Queensberry pointed out that the Olive Oyl's will have the same great tasting chicken as the parent company Popeye's. She commented that the only difference will be that the Olive Oyl's Chicken Drive Thru Window Stores will be a whole lot smaller since they will not have walk in customers.
The building will be made up of the kitchen and storage area.
Miss Queensberry said that the company tested this new innovative concept at a test market store in Shreveport, Louisiana and it met with tremendous success.
She said that the average waiting time for an automotive customer was about 3 minutes and 25 seconds.
The concept is real popular with the late night crowd who can show up at the drive thru window in their pajamas if they so desire.
SIDENOTE: Miss Queensberry added that Olive Oyl Chicken Drive Thru Stores will be providing Super Hot-As-Hell Hot Sauce in stores located in East L.A., Texas, Chicago, Miami, and the Bronx.
