IRVINE, California - In a move that was made due to public opinion, Taco Bell has decided to drop its Sushi Tacos from the fast food franchise's menu.
Company Spokeswoman Vanessa Belladonna said that at first the Sushi Tacos were selling pretty good, especially on the Left Coast, but after a while the novelty wore off.
Miss Belladonna, who recently ended a one year marriage engagement, said that the Sushi Tacos were pretty much only popular with the California college crowd who pride themselves in eating exotic food items.
One Taco Bell patron Homer LaMancha, 21, said that he would eat at least a dozen of the ST's on a weekly basis.
He pointed out that when he first started eating them his collegiate grade point average was 2.9, but after eating the ST's for six months it went up to 3.7.
SIDENOTE: Vanessa Belladonna has said that Taco Bell will be glad to provide anyone with the Sushi Taco recipe free of charge since the item is being discontinued.
