OAK BROOK, Illinois - The largest fast food franchise in the world has just let its customers know that it will soon be putting out a special limited promotional burger in honor of Nelson Mandela.
Nancy Zabaletta spokesperson for the fast food chain giant said that like President Mandela, McDonald's is also a great leader.
The new McDonald's burger has been named the McMandelaburger and it will consist of lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles all placed on top of a gazelle patty.
The gazelle patties will be imported from the African countries of Kenya, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, and Lower Zamgola.
Ms. Zabaletta stressed that the McMandelaburger is basically a diet burger as the meat patty will consist of only 17 calories.
SIDENOTE: The McMandelaburgers should be available at most McDonald's outlets on Saturday, December 14.
