Effing hell! Out AGAIN on penalties! Me and Stevie G scored from the spot, but the two Ashley's missed - Cole and Young.

Not bloody fair, UEFA and FIFA should change the rules, just let the best player on each team take all five penalties - I wouldn't let my country down.
