I've had a relatively disappointing season on the pitch, and I have only a short time to spare before training with England for the European Cup kicks off.

So I spent part of me well-deserved break trying to see if I could win a little luck elsewhere.

So I hit the $50 a game craps table, the $100 minimum roulette wheel, last night in Las Vegas, having a flutter and a few beers along with Sunderland defender Wes Brown.

Coleen opted out of the casino trip, but I ignored nearly all the high class tottie there.
