Dear Diary,

I keep apologizing for the sins of the Church, but people seem to still be mad at me.

What is it about me they don't like? Is it that I was once a Nazi, or is it that I was the leader of the Inquisition? I bet it is the fact I am infallible, people not to like a know-it-all.

I think if people really cared about the church like me, well, they would hide behind the fact the Vatican is considered its own country. So, that means I don't have to answer to anyone but God.

Secular people just don't understand that someone like me shouldn't haven't to answer questions about what I did before I became Pope, and I shouldn't have to accept responsibility for anything the Church did, because I am infallible, and always right. Sure, it is a technicality that I am using to protect myself.

I just really hope tomorrow is a better day for me.
