Well I must say, married life isn't so bad. Just one bad day when I beat Kate's crew in the boat race and she didn't speak to me the rest of the day and night.

OK I had to sleep on the sofa that night, but no-one's going to find out.

She's a bit of a wimp though. She said she couldn't play road hockey with those boys yesterday in Yellowknife-yes we are still in Canada.
If she'd had any 'fun' in her she'd have taken off her high heeled shoes and played bare-foot.

Personally, I think she is still sulking about losing the boat race.

Aah well! I'll go and see what kind of a mood she's in today.
