Ofcom say my show Deal or No Deal is deemed as gambling because there is no questions to be answered.

Seriously having met all the contestants, they can just about answer their names and where they come from. Why do you think we ask them to bring photo's of their loved ones? In case they dry up and forget how to speak. God knows how they spend the money when they leave.
