Jenson Button - My Fake Diary

Dear Diary,
An Indian Summer for Fizzy!
Well, what can I say about the race this weekend? Nothing much, except I didn't take much part in it - I didn't even manage half a lap before I was shunted up the rear and I took out Hammers too. He was none too pleased, I can tell you! I ended up on the grass with another four cars having a picnic after just 35 seconds of the green light.
As we were going down the straight through turn five, Grosjean out-braked himself. Frustrating to be taken out like that. Grosjean however, has a different take. "I made a very good start, moving up to thirteenth place and I was keeping a good pace but then Button took me out at turn five and it was the end for me. It's frustrating."
I watched the rest of the GP from the safety and warmth of me luxurious motor home with a cup of tea and a slice of cake.
The race was eventually won me old mate Raikkers. I think he was happy - although with Kimi you never can tell. I saw an interview with him looking like he was well depressed after his first win in 25 races. Asked what this win was like after not winning for so long, he said something like, 'no different from the others'. I think I'm going to call him The Iceman from now on!
On the starting grid Barry Chello stalled his car and was on fire coming into the pit lane on the last lap - literally! He should have put it out with his tears.
Fizzy finished second and everyone is still reeling from the shock of him taking a podium place in a donkey of a car produced by a peanut sized budget and the smallest team on the grid. You see, fairy tales do come true!
Some of the driver's are calling me Backwards Button! Me title hopes are diminishing as well as me credibility. I need some of that magic fairy dust!
Italia in a fortnight, see ya me little button holes!
