A report today says that by 2015 50% of children will be in poverty, Dave has told me that I need to get this to 90% with the budget. I don't know what a percent is. I was going to ask my fag Vince but he has been very bolshi lately. I tried to look it up in a book but I got confused and upset and I did a whoopsie in my red box. I made Dave's fag Nick clean it out.
