Britain's former Defence Secretary Liam Fox has urged Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne to cut taxes in order to boost the country's economic growth.

"If we don't take some risks we'll not get growth and if we don't get growth we'll not get re-election. We need to do something that ricochets around the world. We've just not seen it because we're heavily indebted, over-regulated and overtaxed"
