I'm giving a speech in which I'll say the Labour party would guarantee a job to unemployed young people, if we came to power.

The "real jobs guarantee" would offer six months' work to those aged 18 to 24 who had been out of work a year. We would pay for firms to employ up to 100,000 people with money raised from a bank bonus tax!"

Now let them tell me I have no policies!
