I'm told several people are lining up to take over from me as the leader. I knew all about Boris but the Gove in fighting with May is a new development.

Then I thought Merkel was on my side. Instead I've got Ed Miliband agreeing with me - schucks things have got really bad.

Will the Scots come to my rescue? Doubtful - even if the No campaign scrapes in that means Labour have 20 more seats.

I'm beginning to look like a loser.
