The Lib-Dems yesterday vowed to have revenge on me, after Tory rebels forced me to kill off the Lords reform.

I will ditch my Lib Dem deputy Nick Clegg's dream of replacing peers with an elected upper house next week.

The Deputy PM's party are now intent on scuppering my cleverly devised attempt to redraw Commons boundaries to give the Tories 20 extra seats.
