The plan to privatise the road network that I announced on Monday, is based on three needs: for more investment, more long-term ambition, and more "nerve", all of which he said successive governments have ducked.

I'm writing this because I want to remember saying it, it sounded so grand... one of my better statements, and very helpful to the industries that sponsor the Tories, and my personal investment portfolio.
