I told Conservative Party members that the government's controversial NHS reforms are too important to be derailed by negative publicity.

A Nottingham senior citizen wrote in an email to the NHS centre:

Sorry about the language, but it is from a proletariat voter

"That is absolute bollocks Cameron! In Nottingham the appointment times have gone to cock, like your Willie Hague does, patients have been set on fire, allowed to jump out of the 4th floor, and the staff are so stressed you wouldn't believe it. You are a nepotist, shit-bag and scum-balled lying spoon-in-the-mouth hypocrite!

All I can say is thank heavens Miliband hasn't got such determination and spunk!
