The Battersea project;
Consortium of SP Setia, Sime Darby, EPF, in race to complete two Northern Line underground railway stations.
I've thrown down a challenge to the three Malaysian companies that now own the city's iconic Battersea Power Station: get in the race to build a new underground railway system.
SP Setia Bhd, Sime Darby Bhd and the Employees Provident Fund are poised to face off against the London local transport authority Tfl (Transport for London) in building the planned Northern Line extension.
The prize?
The winner gets treated to a nice meal at one of the restaurants to be built by the Malaysian consortium at the Battersea redevelopment site.
Well?
